RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS

By booking at the Wild Rocket, you confirm your acceptance of the following:

GENERAL

·      Wild Rocket needs a deposit of £10.00 per head, which is taken off your final bill. You can change or cancel your booking up to 3 days before the booking time. You'll lose your deposit if you don't turn up or try to change your booking after that date

·      If you are running late, please inform us otherwise we will be unable to hold your table for longer than 20 minutes

·        If you wish to bring any celebratory decorations such as balloons or cake into the Wild Rocket, you are welcome to do this but please no table confetti (we may charge a nominal fee for this)

·        For Bookings of 10 people or more we do require a preorder of the menu to enable us to serve you better at least 48hrs before your event, we will be in touch with you with regards to this.

·        We will not tolerate any unacceptable behaviour to our guests or staff anyone exhibiting these behaviours will be asked to leave.

NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATION

·        We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you’d like to cancel or amend the number of guests in your booking.  Please note we may not always have availability to increase your reservation: we will do our best!

·        In the process of increasing or decreasing your party size, please note that we may need to change the location of your dining table in the restaurant

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

·        For bookings made online or over the phone, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided within few seconds of making your booking, Please Check your junk mail folder.

·        In addition to confirming your reservation details, this initial confirmation email will also include instructions to cancel or amend your booking should you need to, Please Check your junk mail folder.

·        For bookings of 12 or more, you will receive a link via email inviting you to provide credit card details to secure the reservation. Please note that your booking is only provisional until this is done. If we do not receive card details within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically released from the system. You will be notified via email if your booking has been released, Please Check your junk mail folder.

·        If no confirmation email is received, please contact us ASAP, Please Check your junk mail folder.

·        If you require email confirmation of any alterations or updates to existing bookings, please ask, as these are not sent automatically, Please Check your junk mail folder.

·        Please provide a current mobile number so we can assist you better.

ARRIVAL AND TIMINGS

·        We operate a timed booking system to help us maintain a high standard of dining experience for all of our guests.

·        Bookings for Breakfast and lunch are for a maximum of 1.5 hours

·        Bookings for 10 people or more are for a maximum of 2 hours from the time of your booking.

·        Any requests for extensions to your booking time will need to be discussed and confirmed with the Management Team

·        Any bookings after 7.30pm has no time limit.

·        Please note that your table is booked from the time your booking begins, not your arrival time. Parties arriving late will nevertheless need to adhere to the above booking times.
